My name is Lydia Aaronson. I am 24 and am passionate about plant-based food, nutrition and cooking.

Since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in February 2019, I’ve been on a mission to share the ways that food can be used to boost health and reduce inflammation. You can read my MS story here: My MS Story

I went fully vegan in August 2018 after many months of research and gradual transition. If you’re interested in why I took the plunge, check out my first blog post Why I Went Vegan. I hope to use this blog to share recipe ideas, information on using plant-based nutrition for health, as well as my experiences as a vegan and an MS warrior.

As well as my love for food and cooking, my other passion is theatre, so if I’m not in the kitchen, that’s where you’ll find me!
